the rain was the biggest hit of all! we had some wet, dirty, very happy kids when all was said and done :)

another round of presents at home and dad even made him a birthday boy ribbon! close your eyes.....here they come!

one of many presents was beckam's 1st book of mormon! grandma and grandpa moj even had his name put on the front, and it's come to church with us every week since!

maddox was very into watching and helping. he gladly took the toy that was finished being opened while beckam moved on to the next one!

spaghetti sunday birthday lunch with friends and "rice krispie cake" for dessert! blow out the candles!

he was so excited to be 3 just like pearl :)

to finish off his birthday day, beckam requested pancakes for dinner, so i put some special birthday sprinkles on his 3, and he was in love! never met a boy who loves pancakes quite like this one!

now..... i need to tell you a little bit about my 3 year old beckam boo!

he is the best big brother. he is constantly offering to share his blanket and his friends with maddie, and he's always quick to grab a soother or a toy to make maddox feel better when he's sad. he won't go to bed without his little bro, and he's so good at making mads laugh and giggle. they are becoming quite the bff's over here, and it's so cute! he wakes up between 5-5:30am every day and has for almost a year now, and he's so happy about it!

he loves to jump and throw and kick and bat and wrestle, and he LOVES his dad! he loves all animals and just held his 1st little hermit crab the other day. he kills spiders for me and is becoming quite the brave little island boy :)

he loves toy story and mickey mouse and loves to pack his backpack and pretend he's going to school. he LOVES to read books with mom and dad and has most of his favorites memorized, so he "reads" them to us every once in a while too! he's so smart and loves to learn new things. he loves to cook and bake with me, and he loves to paint and color, and he also loves to snuggle up with his blankie and watch a show every now and again too :)

this little stud is the apple of my eye (along with his little brother of course!), and i just love him to pieces! he makes me smile and makes me laugh and makes me a better person every day. he is the most loving little man, and i'll never be able to put in to words how blessed and lucky i am to be his mom! love you mister 3 year old man!!!!!
