ang's bday bash

this is my friend angie.....and she had a birthday!

we celebrated with food and drink.......lots of food and drink!

we also did some fantastic blind make-overs!

it was such a fun night with music and games and make-up and girlie talk and even a few prank calls! haha happy bday ang!!!

growing up too fast!

my little people are growing up soooo fast! this little girl is the apple of all of our eyes around here :) she's got the cutest little dimple and is all smiles for her brothers. love the bumbo stage!

my little maddie moo is the craziest sleeper! he gets himself into the funniest positions and falls asleep anywhere and anytime! he passed out on the ottoman a while ago, and i got to carry him up to bed, and it was a moment for me. he's growing up so fast, and i hate it! stay young forever little people!

jeter man is getting closer to nursery age, and he's such a little stud! makes me laugh every day and always looks handsome in his white shirt and tie on sundays :)

and this little man is starting kindergarten in the fall, and it's killing me! he's learned so much in preschool and just soaks it all up and is my little sidekick, and i wish he could just stay in this stage for forever! he has the purest heart and just makes me so proud to be his mom!

first field trip!

beckam had his first field trip the other day, and i was lucky to get to go with him!

piercing torture

i'm totally one of those mean moms who couldn't wait to have my baby's ears pierced! 2 month shots done and done, and we were good to go!

we went to the mall on a weekday, so it wasn't super busy, but i still got some good dirty looks from some of the older people that passed as.....

quincey screamed her little brains out! i felt so bad, but the end result made it worth the few seconds of pure torture!

safe to say that she didn't love the piercing at all!!! haha but she recovered super fast, and she was so stinkin cute with her little pearls :)

with little to no hair on my babies, i love that headband or not, our little miss Q looks like a girl no matter what now :) soooo cute!

i started this gratitude 365 app on my phone, and i find something to be thankful for every day. it's pretty awesome and a great way to finish off each day for me. one day......i was annoyed by these silly little bb's i kept finding around the house that the boys find outside and bring in and want to save and keep, but i was reminded to try and see the good and instead turned to feeling grateful for my little kiddos and this amazing phase of life being at home with all of my littles! love them and their bb's!

this little man touched a hot element the other day :( cold water and steaming hot little bubbles on all 4 fingers. so sad!

this little man is so much fun lately! he's loving the t-ball set and anything to do with balls just like his brothers. love my boys boys!

i said "fun" right?!?! haha he's also just about 18th months and has some shining terrible toddler moments too! his sad face is killer, but it leads to lots of snuggles too, and i'll take all the snugs i can get from my little jeter man!

heaven forbid i make chicken for dinner and then make my kids eat it! haha this kid could chomp on a piece of chicken for like 20 mins - not a big meat eater this one, but he's cute!

moving is hard. it always takes time to find where you fit in, and it wasn't any different here. i wasn't sure if i was going to have anyone there with me on bachelor monday nights or how many girls nights i'd get to have during my first few months here, but it just takes time, and i feel so blessed to have made some lifelong besties here!!! gelato girls night baby :)
