i just love this little man so much and figured it was high time he had a post of his own!
his melts my heart every time he smiles, and he makes me laugh every day without a doubt! he is in a very obsessive stage right now, and it's all or nothing with most everything! haha he HAS to be the one to close the door, or he loses his mind. he LOVES shoes, especially ones that aren't his and that go on the wrong feet, and he is OBSESSED with tarzan! cutie patootie!
he LOVES painting and coloring and getting messy in any way, shape, or form. there are most definitely tears if he "doesn't find" his little cart at the grocery store, but when i'm feeling extra patient and when duggins isn't full of people who get annoyed with little 1 1/2 year olds ramming into the back of their ankles, mads is in heaven shopping with mom :)
he loves reading books and especially loves looking for the color pink right now, and he needs friends before he goes to sleep every night. this is how i found him a few weeks ago - kids are so darned cute when they're sleeping!
can anyone say beach bum!?!! haha maddie literally shows off his beach bum almost every time we go there, and it's a pretty cute bum if i do say so myself! i can't keep that suit up for the life of me! haha he loves the water and the sand and splashing and running, and we just love our beach time together! oh and without a doubt, he falls asleep on the way home every time when it's a morning beach day - just tuckered right out.
he also has to do everything by himself these days. he loves feeding himself, and i'm learning that messy can be fun ;) me and mads have had lots of time just the 2 of us with beckam in school the last month or so, and he loves when it's time to paint mom's toes. he gets out the file and chooses his favorite color and settles right in beside me. love! oh and no…..i have not and will not be painting his toes despite his pleas any time soon!
this little man is so full of spunk and personality. he's a tantrum thrower and a cuddler. he's a boys boy and loves playing catch with his brother or getting dirty at the park with dad but still loves snuggling with mom :) he still loves his "soo-soo" and can't get enough of his blankie. he loves hot dogs and superwhy and going for walks. he drinks water like it's going out of style (which it does here sometimes!), and he loves playing hide n seek with beckam. he makes the funniest faces and is a sucker for sweets just like his mom and dad :)
he's my little maddie man, and i love him so much it hurts! just can't help myself with a smile like that :)

Oh my word! He really is just so cute!!! And I forget that he and Markus aren't all that far apart in age. Mads always seems so much older than Markus.
