dust completed his insanity work outs a few weeks ago, and i'm so proud of him! when he sets his mind to something, he follows through and always comes out successful, and i love it. he lost weight and looks good and feels good, and i love the example he sets for me and the boys as he works out and runs and tries his best to stay in shape :)
maddox especially loves doing work outs with dad :) haha love him and his little sweat band and his handsome hard working dad too!
