we've really been trying to keep up with fhe lately, and beckam did his 1st lesson the other night. it was super cute, and i had so much fun planning it with him! we took the camera out and took some pics of things that he was thankful for, and then we showed dust a little slideshow and talked about why it's important to notice the little things that Jesus made for us and to say thank you for them :)
treat bracelets (as they're called in our house) cuz they're so yummy and spiders cuz they eat the little bugs and are kinda cool....sometimes)
a coconut tree in our yard cuz that's just kinda cool and lizards cuz they're cool too!
guavas and rocks
beautiful flowers and cars with a/c and fun music to dance to :)
bumblebees who make yummy honey and sunscreen to save us from sunburns
and.....sand! you can't really live in the caribbean and not be thankful for sand :)
kind of a boring post, but i thought the things he came up with were super cute, and it was really fun to talk about being thankful and to appreciate the little blessings in our lives with my boy :)
