i know that this blog will see many a beach pictures over the next year or so, but we had the most perfect beach day the other day, and i actually brought my camera to prove it!
it took us a while, but we've got the beach down now. the boys love it and could stay for hours. maddox doesn't eat the sand anymore. beckam isn't scared of the water touching his toes. we bought some beach toys. i've learned to bring juice and snacks for the ride home to keep the peace. i've also learned to bring a bottle of water to rinse off our toes, and we just LOVE the beach!
beckam explores around with pearl and loves jumping in the waves. him and maddox still get rocked by a big one every now and again, but such is beach life!
ps - thank you to lianna for rescuing maddie here while i took pictures of him getting trashed by another big wave!

i already feel sad that we only have 14 months left to enjoy this little beach life over here, and i can't wait for our families to come beach it up with us :) there is nothing better than a perfect beach day with my boys!
